Visualization Yoga
This style of yoga is meant to strengthen your mind while strengthening your practice in you.
Just sit in your most comfortable meditative position on a mat, press play on any of my videos that you have seen before and start practicing in your mind. Or any of your favorite yoga videos will work too.With every breath and with every move the same as you would in your actual physical practice. This will take a lot of practice. But, it strengthens your every move & breath as if you are in a deep meditative practice.
This is great for those who suffer randomly on a daily basis. People who are disable to move it works best for.
